New Horizon Copper Mine

In December 2025 Horizon completed the acquisition of the Kombat Mine in Namibia from Trigon Metals Inc, which has now been renamed to New Horizon Copper Mine. Horizon will restart operations in the third quarter of 2026, producing first copper concentrate before the end of the year.
Horizon has embarked on an initial $25m expansion to increase processing capacity at the plant, and is investing in ore sorting and dewatering technology to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
For the next stage of development, Horizon will leverage the existing plant to expand mining to include a new high-grade resource that will materially extend the life of mine, and further explore the license area.
